Benson's online file management services include helping you assess your imaging needs in order to design and implement an appropriate and cost-efficient online document solution. Users with appropriate access permissions can search for and retrieve documents based on your own indexing and document identification system, twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Internet access is possible from any location with a secure connection.

Benson provides all the required infrastructure and support. We handle the administrative support, server backups, document security, software upgrading, internal systems, hardware support, training, and database administration.

Benson offers many Online Document Repository options. If you have data already in electronic format, then we can integrate this very quickly. We can also scan and index original documents, whether paper or microforms such as microfiche sheets, microfilm reels, or aperture (punch) cards.

Once your online repository is setup, you can scan and upload documents yourself from your own location and add them directly to the database. Alternatively, you can scan your files and send them to us via e-mail, FTP or CD. We can then index the images for you and upload them to the database. If your volume is relatively small, you use a standard fax machine to send us your documents!
