The Measures We Take to Protect Your Sensitive Data
All of our employees are subject to initial and ongoing:
- Drug Screening
- Background Checks
- Criminal History Clearance
These checks are performed by a licensed, bonded, and independent private investigator.
Pick lists are loaded onto our Motorola scanners, which then require an authorized user to access the information on the scanner in order to then access the items to be pulled. All items are scanned for accuracy when pulled from the vault location, then scanned again when loaded onto the truck, and again when they reach the customer's site. Customers then sign on the scanner for the delivery confirmation.
Vault Controls
We have two vaults. A FireLock Vault for computer media, and a concrete reinforced vault for other high value or highly critical items. Our media vaults include a man lock that requires authorized card access at three points in order to be able to enter. Both vaults are maintained at the same temperature and humidity standards.
- Vault temperature is maintained at 68 degrees +/- 2 degrees
- Vault humidity is maintained at 35% +/- 5%
