If you choose to have us destroy your items and you are not located in the Omaha, Nebraska area we will obtain your credit card details by phone and provide you with an authorization number to be included with your shipment. Your items will be destroyed on receipt as per the agreement and your credit card will be charged at that time. After destruction is completed you will receive a certificate of destruction via Email if one was requested.
NOTE: This form is for hard disk, media, Laptop or other electronic destruction. We do not provide computer or monitor recycling. All destroyed items are recycled when possible.
